Engineered Transparency: The CPLT system is significantly less restrictive than the OEM unit. Because we have replaced thick, muffled factory plastic with high-flow components, you may notice a faint “thumping” sound from the factory blow-off valves when lifting off the throttle during high-boost situations.

This is a normal mechanical characteristic of the 2022+ Tundra platform; the CPLT system simply removes the “muzzle,” allowing you to hear the turbocharger system operate as intended. It does not cause any mechanical issues or harm to your engine.
